The estate planning process usually begins with an initial consultation where we will meet and discuss your goals for your family and loved ones, your health care decisions and your financial assets. After receiving your completed Estate Planning Questionnaire, we will work with you to consider your estate planning options and after careful consideration, we will prepare the necessary documents, tailored to your individual circumstances. At our second meeting, we will then carefully explain the purpose of, and decision-making powers outlined in, each document. Once you have had the opportunity to review your draft estate plan, we will finalize your estate plan and meet one last time during which you will sign your estate planning documents.
